Bob Sabia of Nielsen’s was communicative, creative and helpful in transforming the space into an open and airy brunch wonderland. Bob was attentive to the timeline, floor plan setup and real-time requests for air conditioning on an unseasonably warm November day. Matt of Michael Joseph’s catering (connected to Nielsen’s) was accommodating to every food, beverage and furniture rental request. Upon our first phone call, Matt instantly understood the theme and vision for the day. The food was phenomenal and endlessly complimented throughout the event. They came by the house, asked me what I was thinking, asked a lot of great questions about preferences in color and style. Very quickly got me a design proposal with images of flower options.
