"These people are horrible. Please do not step foot at this facility. I was told to see another provider while I was 15 weeks pregnant and that they cancelled my apt! The reason was I was late to my apt (which is the first time) so they dropped me. Even though they asked me to schedule… then calls me back and says they can no longer care for me because of “scheduling difficulties.” What?? This office should not be in business. It’s a joke. They don’t care about pregnant women and babies. It’s all a con. When I gave birth to my first born, one of the docs took a PIC of my uterus as he stitched me up... the nurses aren't very friendly either, they are always pushing birth control when I said I don’t want it, and super unprofessional office and would Never recommend to ANYONE. STAY AWAY!"

"After not going in almost 2 years, I finally made an appt.with what had to be a diff doc, as my other one isn’t there anymore. I waited a month to be seen. While driving there I experienced a small issue with my (which delayed me 2-3 mins). I finally arrive to the plaza and went to the wrong OB after figuring out I was not in their system. I raced over to where shoreline is to be told, I can’t be seen due to being 6 mins late. Yes, they stress the 5 minute rule. But do they consider the reasoning for the appt? How long one waited for that appt? Or how long one has gone without going to an OB! For Christ sake."

"100% recommend Shoreline. I've been a patient here since I was 14 (I am now 33) and have always been happy with the practice. However, having recently gone through pregnancy with them, I have a whole new level of appreciation for what they do. I had to visit A LOT due to some pregnancy complications, and the office is a well oiled machine. All of the staff are very kind and efficient, and the PCAs, nurses, ultrasound techs, doctors and physicians are top notch. As a bonus, you can manage all of your appointments and message the doctors directly through the online portal. The response time is astounding. Thank you again for your excellent care."

"I’ve been a patient there for 10 years. All of the doctors and staff are great. My son was born C-section in 2018, and Dr. Lavalle was a pro - both in procedure and bedside manner. Plus, very minimal scar as bonus! I also had to deal with gestational diabetes and they were very thorough and made sure everything went safely and smoothly. Follow up here is also top notch. Love this practice - wish I could say everywhere was like it!"

"I had a good experience being a new patient. I took a chance despite all these negative reviews. The receptionist was professional. Making my appointment was easy. The front desk told me they don’t accept tardiness, which is typical for any professional office. I’m always early anyways to fill out paperwork if I need to. The front desk even called me as I was on my way to let me know the doctor was running a bit late and it would be okay if I was a bit late which was very thoughtful of her. However, I arrived early and they called me in right away. The doctor was very polite and warm and my appointment went smoothly without issue. Not sure why so many bad reviews."
