"This place has changed a lot. It has been better lately and you are usually in the room pretty quickly. My only complaint would be that as soon as you are in the room, you are usually waiting in there for over 20 minutes for the doctor. Feels like even longer when you’re sitting there in a gown in complete silence. Overall peaceful place and great nurses and staff."
"I went to this clinic for 7 years and was pleased for the most part. The front desk staff is awesome and Spanish speaking. I specifically was interested in seeing a black doctor but ended up seeing pretty much everyone. To my surprise, everyone was great EXCEPT the black doctor, Francoise Boubert, MD. During the pandemic life was stressful and I was pregnant with my 3rd child at advance maternal age and other high risk complications. Dr. Francoise Boubert took no real interest in my health and left me feeling unheard and unhealthy. I was scared to death that I would die and she had no care in the world. I asked for a note for time off work and she talked to me like I was trying to get over on her or something. She didn't take me seriously and my baby was delivered by emergency c-section 3.5 weeks before his due date and I refused to let her perform it. I immediately switched clinics."
"I went for the second time to this place, last year they told me they couldn't see me because the doctor was not coming in to the office, which is fine, but they did not make an effort to reach me until I got there. Today (7/19/2021), when I arrived the receptionist was on the phone, she did not acknowledge me for over 5 minutes, when she finally does, her first word was "I will be right with you". She went inside for a while, no apology for making me stand for about 10 minutes now. Then she goes over the form they asked me to fill prior to my arrival. One of the questions, "if medically necessary, would you accept the of blood/blood products? PLEASE CHECK ONE" I check no. They bent out of shape, and try to educate me as if I did not understand the question. The doctor comes in and again talks to me if I had no idea what I was choosing. I explain to her, the question is asking me to chose, I choose and you are trying to convince/force me to change my response. I am here for routine Pap smear, I don't expect you to do anything else, there is no need for blood transfusion. She tells me "it is our policy if you chose no, we can not service you" I ask here why this was not communicated clearly and why the question was written as chose not as ultimatum? She apologizes for the confusion but denies me the basic service. I had no choice but to leave because I wouldn't be bullied to confirm to policy that is not best for me. Most importantly, I would not be forced to do something that is not ethical to get the services I need. Shame on the doctor for turning her back based on an illegal policy."
"My wife has horror stories of visiting other Gyno's but this place has been nothing but friendly. Especially Dr. Indira she was extremely patient with understanding my wifes fears and willing to wait when I was running a few minutes behind. Alos the staff is nothing but friendly, polite and professional."
"LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Pringle but the receptionists have to go. They are so God awfully rude and should be ASHAMED to work in a facility that is supposed to be so positive revolved around newborn babies and pregnant women. How dare you have the audacity to consider yourself a "people person" when you are a disgusting human being who does not respect others."
