"I would give this practice zero stars if I could. First, a receptionist was forced to tell me bad news over the phone as I had missed the previous call from the Dr., and she was rather cold in her delivery of my unfortunate diagnosis. Secondly, at my next visit, the Dr. demanded multiple times that I verbally state my stupidity regarding decision making, and seemed to imply the results of the diagnosis were somehow my fault! This was very upsetting as I was still coping with the diagnosis, I found this to be a traumatic experience and switched practices."
