"Dissatisfied with the arrangement I paid $230.00 for a family funeral. Hardly any flowers it was mostly greenery. They even got the names wrong on the card. I left a vm message and sent an email regarding my concerns. Never got a call or email back. So disappointed!"

"So, I had a mixed experience. My Dad passed away rather suddenly. We finished talking to the funeral home at 1PM on a Saturday, and wanted to go to a place to order flowers. Unfortunately our regular florist had closed an hour previously. We found Wilbraham Florist because they were the only place in the area that was still open. We walked in at 1:15, and the website said she closed at 2. Claudia, the owner, showed us to a few books for funeral flowers where we chose our arrangements. She gave us some time, and then helped us figure out what we wanted. She was willing to personalize anything that we ordered. Unfortunately, Claudia is a bit of a flake. There were four of us. She rang up one person's order on another person's credit card. She actually lost one of the credit cards- she had put it down, and then put something else on top of it. She only charged me for half of my order. I was very skeptical. However, the day of the services, the flowers were absolutely stunning. They really looked like they had come out of the page on the book. Interestingly, she does not do the traditional "ribbon" thing where the ribbon says the person's relation. Instead, she puts glitter right on large petals as part of the arrangement. It sounded weird at first, but was absolutely stunning. Just go with it. Many other people had sent flowers, and the flowers from Wilbraham Flowers were by far the flowers that looked the nicest. So, I don't care that she is a flake. I only care that she got the job done. It was done when we needed it, and it was done beautifully. Thank you, Claudia!"

"No flowers at my wedding. That sums up my complaint. I should have known not to hire them. Every time I walked in her store, she never knew who I was. She lost paperwork from our first meeting months before my wedding. Her excuse was she thought my wedding was on a different day. I met with her weeks before my wedding to make final arrangements and I called the week before to confirm everything. She also had the audacity to ask me how come I didn't call. All my other vendors showed up and I didn't have to call them. Very unorganized and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone"

"My daughter ordered me a flower arrangement for mothers day. They were delivered late on Sat. afternoon and by Wednesday the bouquet was dead. I contacted Wilbraham Flowers via their contact us form via my email they sent to review the flowers and never heard from them, I then after many days also left a review to which was not published on their website since it was not a good review. I have been receiving flowers for many years and know how to take care of bouquets. The roses that were in this arrangement never even opened, and turned brown. The entire bouquet was tossed on Wednesday night it was a waste of $70.00 Stay away"
