"The front desk staff was friendly and made paperwork as well as scheduling easy and quick. The ultrasound technician was gentile and eased my anxiety throughout my procedure. The treating physician Dr. Graceffa has been a miracle worker for me. She has an amazing bedside manor! Dr. Graceffa took the time to listen to me as well as take immediate action as opposed to the other offices I had previously visited. She ensured me that she would figure out my problem as well as give me treatment options. Let's just say, she's kept her word and I can't say enough kind words about her and the service provided. Highly recommend!"

"Was supposed to meet a mid wife but when I arrived I was pleasantly surprised they assigned me to Dr Graceffa - because it was Gima the midwife’s last day. It was not a long wait even though it’s my first visit. I appreciate offices that follow appointment schedules - some others I went in the past give you an appointment and then make you wait at least an hour to see you. Dr Graceffa has excellent bedside manners.she listens well came across caring. I just wish her calendar isn’t so booked up! It’s a 3-4 month wait if you need a follow up appointment!!"

Her nurse was very kind and I wish I had asked the name of the woman who scheduled my next appointment as I was leaving was so nice and just a pleasure to deal with.
