"My flowers arrive the day before Mother's Day with wilted and browning blooms and bashed leaves, one dropped off on Mothers Day. There was no card. My daughter ordered them from CA and said there was supposed to be a card. While I admire how quickly they responded with a call, when I sent photos they said they would refund my daughter. I said I preferred to just get another bouquet and not bother my daughter who would then feel bad. The response two days later after multiple emails asking what happened and they answered they had already refunded the money. I would not recommend them for quality or attention to requests from customers."
