"This is for the Hartford OFFICE only! I gave a 4 stars just because the front desk employees still need to improve. No greeting patients and they always have some attitude problems. They are not friendly people at all and they are the first impressions of the office! But in the other hand Dr. Desantanis is amazing very professional like always such a sweetheart. Her medical assistant always pleasant and great attitude, friendly, smiling and even made me laugh. Is great when you have wonderful people like them. But unfortunately the front desk still needs improvement that’s all hopefully God will shine a smile on them because their face and attitude needs improvement."
