"I was out of the country for Valentines Day 2023. I ordered chocolate covered strawberries for delivery to my wife from the Manchester store. The strawberries were rotten and there was a gray hair embedded in the chocolate. She returned them that day, but numerous phone calls and one visit to the store resulted only in an offer to replace them. Given the hair issue, she no longer wanted any strawberries from edible arrangements. We have been told several times to call at this time or that to speak with the owner or manager. All attempts to contact that person have been rebuffed. All I wanted was a refund."

"Lost a long time customer. I will never purchase an edible arrangements again. It was my moms 75th birthday and only half the order arrived and chocolate melted. No one made an attempt to contact us to tell us it was left outside. No one answered the phone when I reached out to the store. I contacted the website as well as on Facebook. Finally heard back from someone, not the manager, 2 days later. All I was offered was some more fruit delivered. Unacceptable. Her birthday was long over. Totally lacking in professionalism."

"My husband got me a arrangement he knows I love them. First off fruit tasteless not ripe at all. He paid extra for chocolate dipped I got 2 strawberry with chocolate 1 banana 1 Apple piece. I love he got it but what waste of money. I had others that were beautiful and taste great. Never again from this place. And was mainly sour strawberries."

"I ordered a few times from this location. Two pickups and one delivery and i have been very happy with the quality of the arrangements and the customer service. The location is great and parking is right outside the door. Edible Arrangements win over flowers every time! We just got a second delivery from them. Fantastic strawberries and super sweet watermelon! Excellent overall!"
