"Made the reservations with one store and was guaranteed delivery between 8 AM and 10 a.m. So then find out the order was sent to another store and they didn’t even start the order until I called. And then I had to make sure that it was going to get delivered before the end of the workday. There was no lack of communication."

"Terrible customer service. I was in the room when I over heard how Rasheed spoke to a customer. Her order was left outside all day and was melted. After she called and told them what happened she was told to throw out the product. Rasheed is claiming she consumed it and is now throwing a fit. This is by far inaccurate and a simple refund would've sufficed. Will never order from here."

"Wouldn't dream of recommending this establishment to anyone. Driver left order on a front doorstep in 76 degree weather, When no one was home at the delivery location. I left my home 25 minuyes away to attempt to retrieve the delivery but it was already melted and sweating. Sent photos to the store and was told I could throw the arrangement away and would recieve a refund by pedro . After 2 days of no refund called back in and spike to Lisa. She stated I could have another arrangement sent. At this point I want a refund and not to deal with this company again. Recieved a call from the MANAGER RASHEED. He was rude, unprofessional, aggressive, spoke over me and told me to be quiet. He hung up on me...the customer after saying I would not receive a refund. horrible experience start to finish. As you can see from the owners response, unprofessional and rude. Also driver never called and spoke to homeowner, so add liies to this experience. Product was thrown away, not consumed. Wouldn't pay 80 for melted chocolate from anywhere."

"Delicious variety of fruit. Pretty! Manager contacted me because brownies were unavailable. Her substitution was as good as (even tastier) than the original. Finally, kudos to DARIO who delivered our gift. He went well beyond his job to be certain his delivery reached my sister. She missed his call and did not hear his knock. He called me and everything worked out perfectly. Thank you!"
