"The precipitants were kind in expressing their thoughts at what we tried to do to cheer them up, during this difficult time, however when I sent them the picture of what I assumed would come close to what I had discussed and was told that the order would entail, lets just say, they were stunned! I will never again use your services again. Going along the highway and picking weeds, putting them in a mason jar would have been more pleasing to the eye....I read some of the other reviews on your business, shame on me for not doing it first! "The flowers were supposed to be delivered yesterday. But they were delivered today. The shop never called me. Never explained why they were delayed at all. Even though I provided multiple ways to contact me. Then when the flowers were delivered, there were bald spots all throughout the entire basket. I paid extra for the deluxe version of the basket. And it was not full at all."
