"I had a terrible experience with King Car Audio in Norwalk, CT a few years ago. I went there to get an automatic car starter installed, and it turned into a nightmare. The owner was neither accommodating nor truthful throughout the entire process.First, he quoted me one price for the installation and then conveniently changed it to a higher price once the work was done. When I confronted him about this discrepancy, he denied ever giving me the initial quote. It was a frustrating and dishonest move.To make matters worse, they charged me an extra $20 for a simple change of the key battery for the auto starter. That's an outrageous price for such a basic service.What's even more frustrating is that the way they installed the mechanism in my car makes it impossible for me to get the battery changed anywhere else. Now, my car starter is rendered useless because the battery is dead, and I'm stuck with their overpriced services.I deeply regret ever setting foot in King Car Audio. If you're considering any car-related services in Norwalk, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. This place is a total rip-off, and their lack of integrity is appalling."

"I was trying to find a simple upgrade for my 2007 4Runner. I’m not a fan of the tablet style radios but wanted Apple CarPlay and a couple of extra features. I was looking around for a while and found KCA on a google search. I kept coming back to them after a couple more searches.
