"Ordered an arrangement for mom to cheer her up as she was quarantining at home - as was I in NYC. Chocolate dipped pineapples, strawberries; melon balls, grapes etc and a large “happy face “balloon. It did the trick - and Nate - the wonderful deliveran got it to her before 11 AM same day order! Great people - great quality and a nice change from ordering flowers."

"I am extremely disappointed at the lack of customer service that I received at the location. First of all, I was called about a delay in delivery which was fine. We worked that out. But when the delivery was made it was incomplete and when I tried to follow up I was given the run around. I was then told they would have a manager call me the next day, I have been waiting to no avail. I’m guessing their manager doesn’t come in often. The issue with my order was that it came with a free Godiva Holiday 50pc tin which my best friend never received. Now mind you, I didn’t order a cheap arrangement. First they tried to tell me that the freebie was a lollipop which was included in the arrangement. When I checked online again, I confirmed that there was a separate 50pc Godiva chocolate tin which was supposed to be included with the order. My suggestion to everyone is to just order from the second next closest location from you. Stay away from this one! Once they get your money they don’t care whether they get your order correct or not. No respect or good customer service. Very disappointed."
