"I won't shop there again. I had sent funeral flowers to the church where the services were to be held. Flowers where to be there one day prior to the services. Luck for me, I happened to be there at the church when the Flowers came. I was so shocked at how small the arrangement was. It looked similar to a pin couch. It was shorter than the urn. The arrangement I received looked nothing like the photo I had chosen. I was so hurt so I called up Family Florist to complain. It was to no avail. The jamacan women was rude and would not correct the error. They even charged me $10 for delivery within the same city! I will never shop there again."

"They were the worst flowers I’ve ever seen delivered to a loved one not only are they roses not the right color, but they’ve been in the room for 15 minutes and the flowers are wilting already we paid for expedited shipping and it was an hour late they offered to give me back my shipping and I told him to cancel it take the whole thing back were waiting on a refund. I’d stay far away from this florist if you can even call them a florist. I wish I could have checked the reviews before paying I believe the gift shop has a better selection for your loved ones."

"I wanted to make sure I come here and post my great results from family florist! Last week I called in to get my girlfriend some flowers delivered to her for our anniversary, it was last night and they came out amazing in quality. She has class from 8-5pm so I needed a late delivery. Family florist was very willing to accommodate this and make sure I had a good experience. The florist was extremely nice and willing to take the time to understand what I wanted and what my girlfriend liked. All the prices beat every other place for the same exact type of bouquet. You would pay double for this if you go through any National commercial place. I HIGHLY advise you call family florist and just tell them what you’re looking for. "Unfortunately, my experience with Family Florist was bad. I had placed my order online with enough time , to guarantee my bouquet be delivered on time. I received my email confirmation but nothing arrived. I called and they say they had send the flowers but no, also I called the next day to check the status of the order and the person over the phones told me they hadn’t the flowers I asked for. so I asked for a refund, but felt like anything I said over the phone was just a nuisance to them. I was talked to in a very rude manner. I was promised a refund, when I call to follow up, they just say it is not overnight it have past many days. im not quiet confident about my refund."
