"If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is a scam. They go by different names and it's hard to track them down. There's "Flora's Flower Shop" and this name, and another name found on Yelp. Google the number and the address. Additionally, the flowers look like they picked them up at Walgreens, threw them in a cheap vase, and then delivered them. They were mashed, old, broken, and you could see where they cut off some of the flowers that had already died from the stems. Seriously, do NOT waste your time or money."

"Ordered a yellow rose bush for my aunts funeral on behalf of all the neices and nephews. Woman calls 1 hour before and said backorder. I was stunned. I ordered it a week prior. She laughed. I said...did you just laugh? This is not funny. I was mourning. We compromised because I had no other choice. She was going to deliver 1 dozen yellow roses then send the roses when off of backorder. The roses looked old as if she bought them from a grocery store. I paid $120 around there. Never got the rose bush as promised. I even called She said oops we just sold out because easter. Said she'd still get them. 3 months later and nothing. Drive by the store. Its not a real store. No flowers. Looks like a drug house. Never open no lights. Next to a package store with people smoking and drinking in front. I wasn't going to write this because of my loss of my aunt and it gets me so upset. I am going to get someone to investigate her. I feel this is a fake business to hide what she's really selling. Lady...I feel bad for you. Something is terribly wrong with you and all I can do I pray for you."

"I placed an order on December 6, for delivery on December 14. When the flowers weren’t delivered on the 14th, I called on the 15th and was told that they would look into it and call me back. I called back again on the 18th after not receiving a follow up call and with the flowers still undelivered. The woman who answered the phone (the same individual I spoke with on the 15th) said she was too busy to check on the status of the order and would call me back. She would not provide me with any information or assurances about when the flowers might be delivered. When I asked for a refund, she said she was unable to give me one and I would have to dispute the amount with my credit card company. I never leave negative reviews, but was so underwhelmed and disappointed with this business that I want to ensure others don’t have the same experience."

"(5/1/2020) I'm extremely disappointed. I noticed the reviews were bad but figured it was over a year old and I would give a local florist the support. Short version After placing an online order I called to confirm it was processed. I was given a rude response that they were too busy to check and would call if there was an issue after taking my info. They never called back. Below is what I ordered for a friend and what was delivered. Very different as you can see. I understand substitutions needing to be made but this compromised the style, the color scheme and is certainly no way similar cost wise. They have yet to resolve the issue and made many excuses then said to call after mother's day since they are too busy."

"Ordered flowers from them for Valentine’s Day, they were supposed to be 16.5 inches wide and 20.5 inches tall. They came tiny and in a different vase than what we ordered, they looked entirely different and much smaller than what the pictures showed for standard and we had ordered the premium! Delivery woman was named Brenda and she was wonderful and sweet but the flowers were just unnacceptable for the price we had paid. Very disappointed and will not be using them again"
