"Flowers were never delivered, tried to call went directly to voicemail with a mailbox that was full. The charge on my card was for a totally different named florist and that florist was out of business. Don't order from this "Florist""

"Flowers were delivered one day late. Left at my porch in the cold and rain with no phone call to let me know they were delivered. Flowers were not what my best friend ordered. See picture from 1800 flowers vs. what I received. Many of the stems were broken. This was supposed to be a $75 arrangement and what was delivered was $10 worth of flowers. Called TJ and left a message with their answering service. No one returned my call. I have called many times today and no one answers. Their website says that are open today until 4pm. What a scam! I left a message with Frank at your answering service on Saturday and have not received a phone call back. I also called 6 times today and no one answered."

"These were a gift but after I was told/shown what they were supposed to look like it was a slight disappointment they’re still beautiful but not what was ordered. First pic the order; second pic what I received."

"My husband used FTD to send me an anniversary arrangement. The delivery was a day early (not our anniversary) and what was delivered was a FUNERAL ARRANGEMENT. Absolutely NOTHING like the photo. It was made of almost all carnations. To make matters worse, the carnations were all dead or dying. It had palm branches in the back and everyone thought someone died. This place should not be in business and should not be considered a florist by any stretch of the imagination. See pics of what was ordered and the garbage that was delivered. So embarrassing."

"I ordered flowers for funeral from FTD. They used TJ Flower, the display that arrived was nothing like web site photo. Called them to pick up and return, woman had an attitude about the product she made. I would never use these people again."
