They took care of all my concerns, made recommendations for necessary repairs and I was out of there in a reasonable amount of time. "Jose, Bill, and Chad offer the friendliest Nissan service that I have experienced. Alex from the Parts dept was also very friendly and very helpful and found the part that I needed. I am from out of state, and this Service dept, Parts dept, and dealership have the best customer service. I also appreciate the complimentary car wash, and they went above and beyond and cleaned and vacuumed my car mats. The service waiting area had a great selection of snacks. The sales staff also accommodated a conference room for my parents and I so that we can sit together as we wait for my car being serviced.
