"The gentleman I worked with was named Kevin. He was very helpful, even helped get me the right part after my insurance company accidentally ordered the wrong one. Had the job done (which was a broken moon roof) in a matter of hours. Super friendly and easy to work with."

"I called Kevin to have him look at replacing the headliner in my car. I drove half an hour to have him provide a quote- we agreed on the price and set up an appointment for the work. I confirmed the day of the appointment to drop my car off. Upon dropping my car off I mentioned to Kevin some existing scratches on the interior trim, and that I wanted to review with him and ask he be extra careful to prevent any further scratches. He immediately told me he was going to pass on working on my car. I asked that he please just look at it with me (he had previously seen the car), yet he flat out refused and told me he didn’t need any headaches. Probably good he refused, I can’t imagine the response I’d have received when picking up the car and finding any damage. About as unprofessional as anything I’ve ever experienced. Maybe he does good work, but he needs to learn how to run a business and deal with people. For context- I run a service business and am super reasonable and understanding in these same situations daily."
