"My yearly appointment was rescheduled multiple times. I have taken days off of work for my appointment to be canceled. No accommodations were made besides being offered an appointment months out. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Will be going elsewhere."
"I loved it here. The staff was so nice and well spoken. I spoke with a women named daysha and she kept a smile on my face even tho I wasn't really having a good day. Such a sweet character. She asked me if i would take my chances with an alligator or shark which made me laugh I definitely picked alligator haha! I would definitely be recommending this place to others."
"I have been going to this practice now for almost 17 years. Out of all my doctors that I visit Dr. Taylor is by far my favorite. The office is clean and the staff is very friendly. Always willing to answer a question when asked."
"I was told I was approx. 5weeks pregnant on a Tuesday. On the following Saturday, I started bleeding, aka I guess I was having a miscarriage. Went to the hospital was told It was too soon to tell, contacted the office on the Monday after, due too still bleeding. I went to ask for blood work for suspicion of a miscarriage, the lady at the front, don't remember her name, was super rude and insensitive and hands me my HCG bloodwork with the diagnosis of "threatened abortion" super heartless and insensitive group of women, Dr Taylor is the one who signed off on it. They don't know my personal situation or anyone's for that matter to give that kind of ICD code. Didn't know a natural miscarriage was considered a threatened abortion."
"Everytime when my annual exam is coming . I always been coming for Dr.Taylor for years. I love her & Jill. My appointment is always getting cancelled due to overbooking. office management or scheduler needs to do better with appointments. Once again my appointment got cancelled at last minute this time for 4th time due to them not working with my insurance now . Very unprofessional."
