"I went to Kelly’s tire on November 15th for an alignment I’m not happy!! upon arrival I asked the younger man up front to come get me when the mechanic wants to test drive it after the alignment to ensure that the wheel is straight when driving ! I want to be in the car with him because my car is heavily modified and tuned to *stage 1!* The throttle mapping is very aggressive and I didn’t want him to accidentally break something! The young man up front was very nice and said he will let the mechanic know . The mechanic put my car on the lift for around 10 minutes and took it off and parked it up front , I was confused to why he didn’t take longer he rushed it ! Well instead of test driving it with me he decided to not test drive it at all , wow !! This is what you’re supposed to do after an alignment to make sure the steering wheel is straight and to make sure it goes straight down the road I guess he was upset he couldn’t take my car out for a joyride by himself lol ! So first red flag! I asked the mechanic about it and he walked off completely disregarding my presence haha ! I walked in to pay thinking it would most likely be fine but boy was I wrong !! As soon as I got in and hoped on the highway the steering wheel was completely crooked with further inspection visually you can see how off the front wheels are, my car is stanced so it’s very easy to tell if the alignment is not right visually ! I called back right away and Jodie told me that another car is on the alignment rack and I would have to reschedule, she then told me that I would have to drop it off and I’m not allowed to wait for it this time… WHAT?! She then said she would have the owner Dennis call me back , he eventually called me many hours later and we set something up for almost a week later November 20th. It was Friday November 17th when I called Dennis again to add some notes for the upcoming appointment for the mechanic . I told Dennis what happened and then added my notes which was 1. I am dropping it off and staying for the 30 minute alignment because I don’t have a ride to leave it and I’m on a tight schedule . 2. Due to the modifications when the alignment is done I want to be in the car when the mechanic test drives it . Dennis then got extremely disrespectful and rude ( shouting at me on the phone I kept my cool because someone has to be the adult) he said that I’m not allowed to wait for my car under any circumstance and that I MUST drop it off he didn’t give a reason why after I asked. Dennis then told me I am not allowed to be in the car while the mechanic test drives it under any circumstances! I wish i could give the reason for you guys but I asked him and he didn’t have one LOL!! Dennis then blackmailed me saying if I didn’t drop it off and leave it and let the mechanic test drive it by himself that he would do nothing for me and would not fix the 120 dollar alignment that I payed for that was completely done wrong … wow right ? this is the owner ?!? I will never leave this specific car with a mechanic or let a mechanic test drive it without me in it due to the things I discussed above I have a ton of money into the car and it’s not feasible to risk a mechanic joy riding my car and breaking it for a 120 dollar alignment … These things I asked for every mechanic have always accommodated it’s not a uncommon thing as anybody reading this knows . I have contacted BBB and my bank to try to dispute the service that was never completed. I honestly don’t know how this shop will stay in business due to the bad reviews and countless people who have very similar experiences. Just give them a call and see how rude they are just setting up a appointment! Thank you for reading and please do not come to this shop guys! I added a photo below so you guys can take a look!"

"I am so upset. I called and made an appointment to get my breaks done. I was told they had Wed and Thur open. I took an appointment on wed. I dropped my car off at 8am. They told me they would have it till the end of the day. Which seems absurd for breaks. I have no friends or family to drive me back home, so I wandered around town with an infant in the cold from 8 am to 4:30. They called me at the end of the day and told me they couldn't get to my car today and unfortunately they can not get to it until next week. Why did you give me an appointment if you couldn't do the job? Breaks do not take a long time. There is no excuse. They wasted an entire day of my life while I wandered in the cold for over 8 hours with an infant. They wasted my time. Now I have to find someone else to do it and waste another day on this. They have no consideration for anyone else's time."
