"This was my first time in your new location. It is a very impressive, modern and bright place to visit. I drove into the service garage and met David. He verified my appointment for an oil change and pointed out that upon entering, I drove over a device that checked tire wear and alignment. David pointed out that I needed an alignment and visually showed me how far out of adjustment the wheels were. David then Les me to the new customer lounge and came to get me when my car was ready. All in all, or was a very impressive experience."
