"Dr. Nicole is a blessing in disguise! I’ve been accompanying my mother to all of her doctor’s appointments for years. We never found a doctor that cared and took their time to actually find out what was going on until we found Dr. Nicole. She found out exactly what was wrong with my mom and booked the surgery right away. The news came as shock to us, especially to my mom, but we knew how necessary it was as Dr. Nicole made sure she went over everything we needed to know and answered all of our questions. Dr. Nicole is so sweet, patient, she’s never rushing, she takes her time to go over everything with you, you can see how much she cares and how she goes above and beyond to make sure you’re ok. Also, she is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about everything she is doing all the time, and that made us feel safe! All of our appointments prior to the surgery as well as the day of the surgery went amazingly well but what surprised me the most was when Dr. Nicole came late at night after doing all of her surgeries and stayed with us in the room, talked to us, made sure my mom was okay, went over everything. That right there aside from everything else proved to me how much she cares and loves what she does. I wouldn’t want another doctor taking care of my mom. We prayed and God made sure to send us angels. Her team did such a great job, especially Dr. Jacqueline! My mom doesn’t speak English fluently, and I was so scared to leave her since I’m always with her helping, but Dr. Jacqueline was there for my mom every step of the way and for that my gratitude won’t ever be enough. They took care of my whole world and for that I’ll be forever thankful. I’ve had my fair share of doctors appointments and hospital stays and I’ve seen how we’re treated and she never let us down, ever.
