"Dr. D is an extraordinary physician, and his team Urma and Iris are low-key incredible in their miracle work, without knowing I am healthy and well and 28 years old, from when they've been seeing me since I was a young child in grade school. Urma and Iris have always been so soothing and kind. I have kind of grown to think of them **like** my mother, father and sister (highlighting their great team dynamics)! My father, an engineer, (Nailesh/Neil) and Dr. D are pretty much best friends at this point. I think they even wear the same color and style shirts now? Pretty cool. As a young child patient being brought in by my dad, for school physicals and now coming in myself for job physicals (exciting!), they've seen me grow through a range of stages! Urma and Iris always squeezed my father in for appointments whenever needed. They are really a fantastic team and feel simply... happy and good everytime coming in and better when leaving. Thank you guys "

"Well I didn't even get to step foot in the office to say whether or not my experience was a pleasurable one. However I can tell you this, the experience I received over the phone as a new patient was HORRIBLE. I tried making a NP appt with the receptionist who answered the phone (while carrying on with a conversation with either another patient or an employee) I proceeded to tell her that I had left a message with the answering service the night before to schedule an appointment and that I had not heard back from anyone. She very Rudely commented back that "The answering service don't know" and that the Doctor isn't excepting new patients. I said "oh okay, well I was referred by a few other doctors who attend his practice, may I leave a message for him." She then rudely replied "and who are those patient" and then told me that the doctor will not return my phone call, I would have to speak to the office manager. I have to say, I'm a little upset by this because I heard such great things about the doctor. However he should really get his staff trained properly on how to respectfully treat his patients and potential patients. I spoke with a few other girls who attend his practice and they had commented to me that's why they never call the office and make the appointments online instead. Such a Shame really!!!! He should train his front desk on how to properly speak and treat patients with RESPECT. Customer service is KEY. Not only do you want to have a great relationship with the doctor, but having a good relationship with the front desk is also very important as well. I wouldn't like having to deal with this receptionist on an ongoing basis. She just did not seem very friendly or caring what so ever."
