"What an excellent hassle free experience. I was in need of new wiper blades and Jim at Advance Auto was kind enough to search for a hard to find wiper blade and then took the time to make sure they fit and installed them. I was in and out in 10minutes. I've owned over 25cars in my lifetime and have been to dozens of auto parts stores. This was the first time a sales associate took it upon themself to find a suitable solution and ensure they fit rather than point me in the direction of an aisle and tell me what model to look for. I highly recommend this location. Excellent customer service!"
"So helpful over the phone. Able to get the needed parts for my mini in the next morning!"
"this advanced auto parts needs employee training ASAP every time i call to place an order it feels as if they r doing me a favor not very friendly..... i get it you dont have to smile or be super nice on the phone all the time but at least lets be polite to each other you know thank you for doing business with us hope to hear from you soon"
"We sent an employee to this location to pick up brake light bulbs and the counter person Jim couldn’t identify nor read the number of the previous burnt out bulb. This bulb (1157)has been used for at least the last 35 years and is a very common bulb. I would have to say he has no clue what he is doing and probably should get a new career. Besides his lack of knowledge he was rude. Do better advanced"
