"I heard good things about the florist and wanted to order a prom corsage. I went in and placed the order, picked out a ribbon and was told the price. The corsage we got had some brown edges on the flowers, a different ribbon was used and the band was two pieces of Velcro. I sent an email that went unanswered. My experience was disappointing"

"I live fairly close to this florist and have always heard wonderful things. I decided to use a local business instead of the supermarket for my daughters prom. When we went in a few weeks ago the owner had an attitude and was annoyed that we were placing an order to picked up Mother’s Day weekend. I’m not confrontational, so my daughter showed him what she wanted, I even told her to relax that he would make it beautiful. I picked it up today, and what she showed him was on the left, what he made was on the right. He charged me $25.00 and told me I’m paying more because it’s Mother’s Day weekend. He then continued to lecture me about how all business basically charge more on holidays. Anyway I had no choice but to take it because the prom was just a few hours away. My other daughter had ordered a last minute corsage from stop n shop and I went to go pick it up for her. When I got their other parents were picking up their boutonnières and corsages, and the price for their boutonnière with a huge open rose, babies breathe and greens was $11.99. I was floored at how much more I paid for the one at D&G. I’m pretty sure a 10 year old would have done a better job. I then had to run to 3 different places to find bandaids breathe, greens and flower tape to make it look nicer. So unless you want to be insulted and overcharged, I would suggest you shop elsewhere."

"I was hesitant to order flowers online, but it was for my cousins birthday and she is 6 hours away. This company is close to where she lives. I forgot to fill out the card section online and they called me, asked what I would like written and filled it out for me. She sent me a picture of what the delivered and the quality is BEAUTIFUL. I will definitely use them in the future!"

"I ordered sympathy flowers through Teleflora which were fulfilled by DG flowers. I paid for the "premium" version of the arrangement which is the highest upgrade from the standard arrangement. My mother in law sent me a picture of what she received and it was extremely small, had cheap flower substitutes, and the filler flowers were wilted and falling over. I emailed Telefora with pictures, and DG flowers ended up calling me directly (Teleflora told me they are not supposed to do this). The man told me over the phone that they would replace the flowers if I would have the recipient meet him to do an exchange. I said I did not want to inconvenience her like that as these were sympathy flowers and that if he just wanted to leave flowers with no vase at her house, that would be fine. He immediately berated me and told me that I did not pay enough for a better arrangement and that I got the quality I deserved (he claimed I paid $45 when I paid $70). When I explained I paid what Teleflora posted on their website for the premium version, and that if he didn't think the price was fair that's his issue with Teleflora, he continued to argue, tell me I didn't deserve better, and then hung up on me. I will never ever order from DG flowers. This guy seems to be the owner or manager and he is extremely rude and a downright crook."
