"At first this store was five stars to me. But when I bought a ball joint for my Jeep Liberty 2002 I was given the wrong ball joint, and when I went back to let them know what happened the guy had the nerve to tell me that I was supposed to put it in the freezer so it can freeze and shrink and then put it in the car so that way it can go to its normal size. So just to see if what he was saying was true I went to AutoZone and a few other mechanics shops in the area and they all laughed, they asked me if I was joking. I will be going in tomorrow and get my money back, it's ridiculous and laughable what the guy said about freezing the ball joint. Tell me what you think about that"
