"Ordered the tires on-line on a Monday and made an appointment for that Friday for installation. We dropped the car off early afternoon for the later afternoon appointment. We got a call around 5 that it was done, but picked it up early the next morning. It's much less stressful doing it this way rather than sitting around and waiting for the job to be done. The staff that we interacted with were courteous, friendly, and proficient."
