Reviews of Paper Planes Early Learning Center
"I've been working as the Lead Teacher at Paper Plane's Early Learning Center since April, and I can honestly say that it's been an incredible experience. This is the first job where I've truly felt appreciated and supported. One thing that stands out to me is the genuine care and concern from the administration. In our monthly one-on-one meetings, they consistently ask, "What can we do to make your job easier?" and "What can we do to help you succeed?" This level of support is unparalleled in my previous work experiences. I've been in the workforce since I was 15, and I've never had a boss who gave me a birthday card or asked about my personal life. However, at Paper Plane's, they go above and beyond by showing that they care about their employees as individuals. When I had to take time off last minute to care for my daughter, they asked how she was feeling. It's the little things like this that make a huge difference in the work environment. Another testament to the center's commitment to its staff is when I had to change rooms this year. I inquired about my budget to set up my new room, and the administration didn't just provide a budget; they asked what I needed and ensured I got everything I requested. This kind of support allows me to create the best learning environment for the children I work with. Beyond caring for their staff, Paper Plane's Early Learning Center prioritizes the well-being and happiness of the kids. The focus on their health and happiness is evident in every decision made, and it's heartwarming to see. In summary, working at Paper Plane's Early Learning Center has been an amazing and fulfilling experience. The administration's commitment to the staff's well-being and the children's happiness sets this place apart. I couldn't ask for a better work environment, and I'm proud to be a part of the team here."
"I chose to complete my internship during my CDA studies at Paper Planes and I’m SO happy I did. As a mom of two kids, it warms my heart to see, first hand, a center that cares so deeply for the children. Maria, Christine and Leah are truly incredible leaders and help the teachers and staff anyway that they can. The teachers are loving, nurturing, and so amazing with the kiddos. The children are always actively engaged and I love seeing all the activities the teachers plan and do. I am truly blown away by this center. From day 1, I was warmly welcomed into the Paper Planes family and have learned so much here."
"I can’t say enough great things about Paper Planes, and 5 stars just isn’t enough. Coming from a family who has previously owned a group-family daycare for over 35 years, I was very nervous about sending my daughters to any new, unfamiliar place. However, Maria and her entire staff are caring, informative and truly passionate about what they do and it showed from the day I scheduled a tour. I can’t even put into words the ease and comfort I feel when I drop my daughters off in the morning. They both wake up ready and excited to go to school and it brings me such joy. They are learning so much already and it hasn’t even been a month. I was inclined to add another day to my girls’ schedule after their first week of enrollment, and I am so happy I did. If I could turn back the hands of time and have my daughters start here as infants, I would do it hands down with no hesitation. If you’re thinking about enrolling your child, this is your sign to just do it and I promise you won’t regret it. Thank you so much for taking such great care of my daughters, Paper Planes! We are so happy we found you all! :)"
"Words can't describe how much my wife and I miss Paper Planes, we moved to TX and we knew in our heart that this was the best school our child went to. The Jenna's were amazing, my child went to multiple child cares and needed some new adjustment. The director Maria was very accommodating and helped us get a spot, and Jennas really made a great connection. We will always miss you guys. Thank you for taking care of my child. Stay blessed!"
"I stumbled upon Paper Planes by doing a simple Google search...and I am extremely happy I did. The website gave a good idea of what they were about so we scheduled a tour. My wife and I have toured several daycares, and never have we both simultaneously had such a feeling of calm and safety before. We could tell by the way the school looked, the happy attentive staff, and the smiling children, that we found something really special. We walked out after the tour, then spun on our heels and walked right back in to enroll our son. Paper Planes staff clearly love what they do and treat each and every child like it is their own. We feel completely safe with our one and only child there, and are confident we made the best decision for him and ourselves. He is growing and learning new skills rapidly, and he enjoys every minute of it. He runs into the building every morning excited about his school day to come. I urge every caring parent to consider Paper Planes. You won't be disappointed, and I honestly feel we get a lot of value for the tuition. I'm happy to make that payment every month."
