"Website says they’re open starting at 8a on New Year’s Eve. Got here at 8:20a. Saw a nurse go in at 8:43a, who proceeded to place her bag on a chair in the lobby and turn on the lights, but not open the door. She saw me waiting outside. Tried phoning three times. Left a voicemail. No one answered. Two other people wanting to use services came and left. I finally left at 9:15a. Please update webpage and provide better customer service."

"My husband went here last night at 7pm because he cut his finger and thought he was going to need stitches. When he walked in there was no one in the waiting room. They then told him they could not take hime cause they were closing at 8pm he said its an hour away they then said hold on we will ask the doctor, came back out and said no you will have to go to the emergency room we can't take you. He said it's only 7pm they said sorry we can't. What is wrong with this picture why close at 8pm then just close at 7 right. Bad customer service if you ask me. I would never go here after this service or should I say no service."

"This Yale walk-in clinic on Devine St in North Haven is the best! Honestly, everyone is so nice here and they really do care about you. I've been to a couple of other clinics which were dirty and the staff was unpleasant. A few years ago I broke both of my ankles & went to another clinic in North Haven. They literally watched me walk in, holding onto my friend, didn't get me a wheelchair & said they couldn't help me but waited until I got to the desk to say this. No other patients were in that clinic at that time. Recently I brought my daughter here to be checked. The nurse practitioner, Erin Pollock, listened to what my daughter had to say, examined her & said my daughter needed to go to the ER (which she didn't until 2 days later). But Erin called me that night & she was worried about her as she noticed my daughter had not yet gone to the ER. Who does that anymore??!! A few days later my daughter & I went back to this Yale clinic & the staff at the desk recognized her and told her everyone was worried about her! With all of the patients they have how did they even remember her?! A suggestion to all patients. The earlier you go to the clinic the better. Wait times can be 3 hours at times later in the day. To all of the staff, you are wonderful! I was a nurse & I know how tough it can be sometimes. Thank you for all you do."

"this walk-in actually goes the extra mile to help the patient find the root of their symptoms and do everything they can to help you recover faster. The physicians here take the time out to listen to the patient and ask a ton of questions to get as many facts as possible."
