"The owner of this scam business is evil! She was a horrible foster "parent" and took advantage of disabled people. She is NOT a good person. She would routinely lockout foster children, her children, and disabled clients if she was angry with them! She also would go out of the country and not pay the utilities, leaving everyone in the house without running water, electricity, or lights! She only cares about cheating the system and taking your money! Do not put your loved ones in her care! I would know! I used to live at this exact address! Worst experience ever!"
