"i’m very frustrated with my experience here with Cynthia. My 22 month old had his first day of daycare ever yesterday with Cynthia. she assured me he was in good hands, although he might need time to adjust seeing as he is so used to being home with me, his mom. Well, after his first day, she refunded me my money for the rest of the week saying she couldn’t handle him crying all day and made a comment about his speech delay, which she was aware of before he started, being a reason she wasn’t a good fit for him. A child should not be dropped from a daycare with no discussions at all because of crying or a speech delay. Cynthia never even called me to talk about it, she didn’t offer ideas to try to ease him in, she didn’t offer solutions on what we were going to do for the rest of the week, knowing both his dad and I started new full-time jobs and just moved to CT from CA last week. I also heard she was mispronouncing his name all day, which just shows how much she cares about the children in her care. I’m truly disgusting and appalled at how everything was handled. I feel my child was discriminated against because of his delay. I’m looking into the legality of all of this."

"My daughter has been coming to this daycare since she was 8 weeks old and is now 1yrs old. Cynthia is absolutely amazing with the children and she takes care of them as if they’re her own. She is reliable and upfront. Her daycare is very clean and always kept organized. I trust her 100% with my daughter which is super important, as a first time mom I was super anxious going to work and leaving my daughter in someone else’s care, but Cynthia makes sure I do not have a thing to worry about. I love that my daughter has a place to call her second home and would highly recommend her to take care of everyone’s child!"

"My daughter has been here since 6 weeks old and now she is approaching 2 the end of this year. Cynthia provides the most loving, safe and nurturing care for my child! I could not ask for a more trustworthy place for my child to stay while us parents are working. The children really enjoy each other and have fun playing together. My daughter was just 19 mo and is talking as well as a 2 year old. Cynthia educates the kids as well as cares for them. Her rates are reasonable and fair compared to some out there... Cynthia also includes food and snacks for her children which is a huge help. my older children were also in daycare and having to get meals and snacks daily can really be annoying after sometime."

"My son has been attending Teddy Bear Daycare for about 2 years now. Cynthia is absolutely amazing with all of the children. She provides them with a safe and clean environment and most of all she loves every child as if they were her own. My son loves going to daycare and loves Cynthia and her family. She has helped so much with getting him potty trained. She also provides breakfast, lunch and snacks...which makes it so much more easier for me. Her home is absolutely beautiful and the children have plenty of toys and books to play with. She does so many activities with them. I'm sad that my son will soon be starting school. If I ever have anymore children I wouldn't hesitate to have them attend this amazing daycare. You will not be disappointed."
