"Took my watch to get a new battery and crown installed. They initially said that it would take a week to fix since they needed to order the crown online and I agreed. They charged me $35, $7 for replacing the battery $28 for the crown. They said come back the following week. When I went in I handed the counter person the receipt & she couldn't find my item and said to return the next day. This went on for about 4-5 times, one of the days the store was closed even after the person said they would be opened. The final day she says to come back next week. After about 3 weeks of going back and forth I got a call saying my item was ready for pick up. I went the next day and they said that I would have to pay another $10 for some unknown reason. $10 isn't much but after the hassle of being back and forth with them for my item last thing I wanted to do was pay them $10. I explained to them why I didn't want to pay and they said okay and I was on my way. The pricing was good and the job on the watch was great but sadly I'm giving 2 starts because of terrible communication and the duration of the service."
