"I was waiting for my appointment for 6months then a week before apt office called to reschedule. Earliest apt available was 5months later. They said they would call me with a Argent appointment at 1st cancelation because i needed to see someone for a referral so i took 1st available apt for 245 which I had to leave work early to attend. I waited in waiting room for over a hr. I spoke up 3 different times asking for someone to get me a referral for dermatology. I was dismissed 2x before someone found another doc to send over a referral. I never saw my doctor. I was referred and told I would get a call from doctors office to schedule apt within 10days. Going on20 plus days no one has called me to schedule dermatology apt."

"I came to the ER yesterday afternoon. While the wait time was long, I had expected that due to it being flu season and COVID is still rampant. Every staff member in the waiting room was nice and professional. When I did get seen by a Dr, he was very kind and listened to my concerns and I genuinely felt like he cared. I was taken care of by a great nurse, her name is Michelle. She was comforting, nice, knowledgeable and nurturing. She really put me at ease. She was wonderful getting my IV in and getting me hydrated and making me feel better. The patient care technician, Ruth, was also wonderful. She is extremely patient and kind. Because of the staff, I immediately didn’t feel scared anymore and I left the ER feeling like I was treated well and left with a care plan. I had never been to this particular ER, but I would definitely go again if I needed emergent care."
