"I just called the store number listed . A man answered who sounded like he had just woken up….The website says they are 24 hours and Google is listed for them to be open at 10am. So I just called and asked what time they opened today to confirm. He says “What are you selling” and I told him “silver” and he says “ we are closed”, right away. So what a customer is selling determines wether or not you guys are opened or closed ?…. Especially when the hours online say other wise. As a potential customer, that was very unprofessional."
