"He rushes your appt. Doesn’t even do a thorough exam. Glad I’m changing my primary care. I wouldn’t have known I had nodules in my thyroid if it wasn’t for another physician there who did a thorough exam !"
"Friendly environment. Very knowledgeable about your wants and needs. Take the time to listen and so what you're comfortable with as a whole..."
"Well if his staff actually behaved professionally and dressed appropriately and did their job….maybe I could actually get medical care. Still waiting for referrals that date back as far as November of last year. office mgr? What a joke. She has no work ethic and she’s setting the tone for the others. If this is the future of medical care, God help anyone who actually needs medical care. A thorough doctor? It’s hard to believe that when no progress is made in the referral process and some staff see one referral and some staff accuse me of making it up….and nothing gets done. Welcome to assembly line medicine in full force. If you are actually sick, find another clinic. Update: horrible attitude from staff continues. The referrals have not been sent at all or have been sent to the wrong specialists and somehow it’s all my fault according to “the staff person.” There was a time when people working in that office for Dr Glassman actually knew what their job required of them and did it happily and respectfully. If staff try to blame patients for their own failures, it’s not a medical office, but something devolving into chaos and ego aggrandizement. It’s rather a pity because I had an initially good impression of Dr Al-Ramahi as being intelligent and compassionate, but he is surrounded by very unethical people who detract from the office environment."
