"I recently went to Napa in desperate need of a new car battery. I was assisted by a gentleman named Tony. I asked if I could not only purchase a new one for a reasonable price, but if I could also get help putting it in my car, otherwise my car would be a permanent fixture in their parking lot. I was told they didn't do that, but they could give me a jump start,(okay, much better than hoofing it home!). After I purchased it, I asked if I could get help carrying it out because I had a bad back! Tony agreed, and when we got outside, he saw what was involved in changing the battery, he pitched right in helping me change it. Tony went over and above what most people would have done, and it is greatly appreciated!! Thanks Tony, kudos to you!"

"Horrible experience at this NAPA location. 5/26/22. Tony doesn't care about the customers period and should be fired. If you order online let's say something for 10.00 (example). Once you arrive at the store location you'll be told to pay again. The same 10.00 that was already taken out of your account. So your basically out 20.00 until they return the amount from the online transaction. They state that in reality you did not pay but the funds in your account are gone. Advance Auto Parts is the best store!. You order online go to store location sign your receipt your done. You don't have to pay again after paying online. Scam!. I'll never shop at NAPA Auto Parts ever. Steer clear"
