"My husband received a phone call out of the blue from a gentleman named Ryan who stated he worked for FMS, he stated he was an underwriter and was calling to see if my husband was in need of a financial loan. My husband stated he was interested in getting working capital for our business. Well, to make a long story short; my husband spoke with me about it, so we decided to call back since the correspondence he sent over via email went to my husband's spam folder and was flagged as DANGEROUS. We called the number back and when the phone was answered the person on the other end of the phone said Hello, (very unprofessional), never once did they mention the business name. I was a bit confused, so I immediately asked if this was a business, the guy answered yea it is, then he asked who I was, I told him then asked his name and the name of the company. He seemed agitated when I asked for the companies web address, but gave it to me. He then asked when will I be receiving your information back? I stated the email you sent went to my husband's spam and was flagged as DANGEROUS. I asked him to send it to my email instead. It went straight to my spam and was flagged as DANGEROUS also. Needles to say Ryan's unprofessionalism has helped us to make a very concious decision not to do business with them."
