"If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to go cash my $1500 tax refund check, written on a government check. The lady behind the glass was so ridiculous and rude immediately. She started asking me very invasive questions about my job, my finances, how often I get paid. It was none of her business. I was there to cash my tax refund, period. The questions and prying didn't stop there. She then asked me if I had a debit card. I said "ma'am everything is taken care of, I just need you to cash my check, please." Then she looked at me and said "No I can't cash it; the website is down and I can't verify that this is a real check." ...I was so offended, insulted and disrespected. For no reason. And I dont appreciate it. She was lying because I went down the road and cashed it in 10 minutes. Highly recommended you go some where else to save yourself a headache."

"The lady that works there is VERY VERY RUDE!!!!!!! I wanted to sent money to Mexico for my family in need through Western Union. (Every time I go there she says that the system is not working) This time I decided to call before to make sure it was working. So I called before going there to make sure the system was working. When I asked if the system was working she responded "I Guess" - So I responded what do you mean you guess? Can you please check. She told me “yes” its working and she hanged up on me.. I was like okay.. at least the system is working. So when I got there she asked me for my name my phone number and asked to who I was sending the money to. When I told her the name, she asked me why are you sending the money? What is it for? She accused me of doing fraud because I had so many people in the system. Yes I do have several people in the system because i have lots of family in need. My grandmother my aunt, my uncle and my cousin. My aunt needed the money to pay for medical expenses. She refused to provide the service because she thinks I was doing fraud by sending money to several people. I have not sent money since a year ago. What makes her think I was doing fraud? If she is the owner she needs to hire someone else to run the business. She is absolutely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!! Who cares if they are “family owned” if you are rude, you are rude. Just because you are family owned does not matter!!"

"To the customers giving a horrible review must have had a bad day before they arrived. The family owned business is remarkable! The are by far shady. They know in every good way how to treat a customer. I’m sad I don’t have a checking account, but that is on me. There is no reason to lash out at them. This is a business, and all businesses have guidelines. It is simple sign your check in front of them using the pen provided by the business. This is a top of the list family. They are wonderful people and run a wonderful business."
