"Ordered a bagel EXTRA cream cheese and I barely got enough cream cheese to cover one side or the bagel. Thethin layer of cream cheese they put on my bagel doesn't even cover the whole bagel, more than half of the bagel is DRY! If I wanted a dry bagel I would've asked for no cream cheese. Huge disappointment."
