"Scam artist. I called and asked about an XBOX Series S (the white one) and the first thing I was asked was how much was I looking for. I told them $175 because it's brand new and has a brand new two tera byte storage unit. They told me 90 dollars. So I called other pawn shops to make sure I wasn't being played and they all said BASE PRICE for those consoles are between 100-150 dollars. They sent me the website that proves this as well. So I called back and offered the minimum of $100 and I was then told the highest amount they'll pay is 90. So then I asked how much they sell them for and the lady didn't know supposedly. Unbeknownst to them I shoo there often. Their systems are over priced for used ones. 199.99 for the OLD Xbox one and almost 250 for the series s. LETS START THERE ...."

"I’ve have the best experience with buy sell trade they are very professional and I love the fact the sell dvd’s I have some of my favorite movies and shows I can’t complain I’m giving them 5 stars cause they are good people as well"
"poor customer service. I called to see if they would take some items I had. The first lady was nice enough. She sent me to another lady (I'm assuming a higher up), and as soon as I explained I have left-overs from a wholesale pallet, she scoffed and hung up. I understand if they don't buy unsold wholesale items. However, the professional thing to do would be to say it. not just hang up while a person is talking. Is it possible we were disconnected? It was a small chance, so I called back, and the line disconnected after one ring."
