"If you need money don't show your need to sell hit the short leprechaun looking guy and th tall chubby guy are always rude every time and I was never rude to them so Ive known about this place for a while I know if get them they're gonna talk to me like a child and tell you your stuff sucks literally every time just gimme a price dont talk to me like a dog and say my stuff is bottom barrel every time take it out on the world because they are mad that they look like 2 reject goofy cartoons that cant get laid(I've known them for years I've watched them go grey working there so I know what I'm talking about)"

"I have been coming here for years. Often bring over things just laying around to get cash for. The past few times there has been a man working there by the name Dan, he is very rude. When I asked questions he shakes his head and just walked away. He came back with another man who was very knowledgeable and polite. After coming here for years I think I'm done. He really makes the whole store look terrible. He acts like customers are a bother."

"My husband went and brought a receiver from this place and upon trying it the speakers work but the receiver only allows for one speaker to work at a time so the surround sound in a whole did not work. Upon returning it with receipt in hand he was told he had 24 hours return and should of gotten 6 month protect plan, which was never told to him or offered. My husband got upset rightfully so and asked for the manager. The manager did not like my husband response to his worker when told in a nutshell he was going to have to eat the lost of 80 dollar's. The manager then told my husband if he response like that again he is not welcome back in the store and refunded his money while telling him he left a part there when he had brought it. Truly poor customer service no offer was made to exchange and the 24 hours and warranty was never told to my husband on date of purchase. Lesson learnt don't buy used stuff, especially from a place who is happy taking your money but not happy giving it back or offering a resolve."

"I been coming this place since early 2000s. Price wise they have become gamestop/ ebay so don't expect cheap prices. You can still find deals here n there but too expect pay near full price for items. Selling isnt much better expect 25 30 percent max of value when selling. They do have good selection tro"

"They have good deals, Bryan is an awesome guy. Sometimes they give you a little discount on your birthday & 10% off for veterans always, even tho they don't advertise it. Pricing is always fair. They offer 6 month protection plans on most items. They offer lay away with 10% down and a $10 fee, then they give you 5 months to pay it off. I go there a lot and they've always treated me very fairly. I 100% recommend this place."
