About the Business
Welcome to theCoderSchool in Glastonbury, Connecticut! We offer in-person and online lessons with super small ratios to ensure personalized attention for your child. Our lessons are held once a week for one hour, or twice a week for semi-private lessons. We teach a variety of languages and platforms including Scratch, Python, Minecraft, Java, Javascript, and more.
Our summer camps for 2024 are now open for registration, but spots fill up quickly so be sure to reserve your spot soon. We believe in teaching more than just coding - we want to inspire creativity and critical thinking in our students. Our Code Coaching program offers a 2:1 ratio and custom project-based learning to keep your child engaged in coding for the long term.
Owners Vaishali and Chirayu are passionate about teaching children to code and have a background in healthcare and project management. They believe in the importance of starting children early in coding to build a strong foundation for the future. With their expertise and dedication, your child will learn valuable skills that will benefit them in any field they choose to pursue.

"Our son enjoys playing video games so we checked out theCoderSchool to see if he could translate that energy into learning. After a free trial class he was hooked and we signed him up for weekly classes. The coaches are great with kids and texting with the office for flexible scheduling as needed is super easy. We get weekly updates after class with his progress and they even followed up when he was ready to be assessed/graduate to another class. I feel like he's being set up for success in later schooling and beyond. Would recommend at least trying it for anyone mildly interested!"
