"Convenient local Western Union / Check cashing place. Understaffed, long line- but taken care of quickly. Worker was friendly and courtious. They also process utility bill payments. Place looks pretty run down, very dirty and unkept- light fixtures missing bulbs / broken, site widows unwashed. Surprised to see a Western Union franchise location in such bad shape. Next time, I'll visit a local mom and pop variety store on the next block when paying my utility bill. A lot more hospitable and gratifying experience. (And not freezing inside either!)"
