"This pharmacy is the most unprofessional place of business. Natajia or Natalia (pharmacy tech) was rude to multiple customers in front of me and when it was my turn, I also got the brunt end during our exchange. I have searched for a manager contact to discuss with them the experiences I’ve witnessed & been a part of, but unfortunately I am unable to find a contact person. I will not be returning there with my service, ever."

"The pharmacy staff was rude and judgmental. They were unkind while I waited for my medication. They even engaged another customer to bother me as I waited. To the point where I had to say - I was doing nothing wrong but waiting silently feeling uncomfortable."

"The one staffed pharmacist didn’t show up so the pharmacy was closed for the entire day. I had a vaccine appointment that I was getting text notifications about serval times through the day but somehow they never thought to actually notify us that the pharmacy was closed. Avoid this location"

"The pharmacy has nice people but they are obscenely understaffed. It took 3 attempts of 4.5 hours on hold to see if they could transfer an out-of-state prescription, and after the last 1.5 hours, I called the main store from a different phone and the first call, the man who answered wouldn't listen and just threw me into the pharmacy queue. I got him to listen the second call -as I was waiting on a different phone for an hour and a half, and he informed me that the pharmacy had closed. I had to go without crucial medicine because they seemingly won't pay enough. I was not happy!"

"The entire pharmacy department is a complete joke! Rude, zero understanding of customer service and no sympathy for the customer who has been trying to refill a simple prescription for over a week. I was completely appalled that even the pharmacist didn't have the curiousness to stop for more than 2 second to answer my questions."
