"WARNING TO ALL...!!!! DONT USE THIS BANK OR FINANCE LENDER!!!!!Extremely unprofessional and untrained associates. Especially Clayvon. He is rude and highly untrained. He ran my credit report without my permission and he had zero clue on how to properly process my paperwork. Upon my request to cancel and NOT run my report he still did and hung up on me . The worst part the office or corporate DID NOTHING TO FIX HIS MISTAKES...The staff and higher up INCLUDING their corporate offices are extremely bad at fixing or doing the right thing by their customers. Please go elsewhere cause this bank/lender is a JOKE. THEY Will get your credit score lowered and say that you agreed to their policies...it's very disturbing and the chances of approval are slim to none. It's been one of the WORST experiences I've ever had with any lender bank. Unprofessional DISORGANIZED INCOMPETENT LYING staff and it's all the way into their corporate offices. It's a mess and waste of your time plus they run your credit and lower your scores without you knowing. SO MANY OTHER LENDERS PLEASE USE ANOTHER BANK....spoke with your executive office they did NOTHING...ITS A JOKE. THIS MEASSGE IS TO SHOW THE PUBLIC YOU CARE BUT YOU DONT AND YOU HURT PEOPLES CREDIT. Two Executive females were playing phone tag for weeks and were also rude misinformed and not helpful in fixing anything"

I make more than 2k a mth and I have a good credit score and a full time job. I found a 2k loan somewhere else. I contacted my local branch and that was the only option given."
