"Arrived at the drive through at 1:50 thinking I would get my prescription at 2:00 due to the 1:30-2:00 lunch break. I was the first car and wasn’t served my prescription until 2:26! Also, I have been given false wrong alerts about my medication being ready and went through the drive through more than once and sat for nothing! I understand now how this place has terrible reviews."

"Pharmacy is always understaffed, line around the building. Workers are nice, the management at the corporate level are money hungry idiots. They could careless about you, your wait times or wrong information given to you.."

"I’ve really tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt for the past two years I’ve used as a pharmacy but literally every time I enter this place I either have a 20 to 30 minute wait or someone who is extremely rude to me for no reason. I don’t understand you working customer service, whether do you like it or not? You’re supposed to treat customers with respect. You’re getting pay for your time and I’m not. I’m so glad that I finally made the decision to switch pharmacies."

"I was on the phone with the pharmacy for 1:11mins on one call and 57mins on another call. This has nothing to do with entitlement. Just tell your pharmacy customers that your pharmacy isn't taking phonecalls for filling prescriptions at this time. Huge time waster. Both times someone answered. Put me on hold for another 30minutes and the phone hung up on its own. If someone has a more serious medical condition please do not waste your time with this Walgreens."
