"Mark and his team have zero follow up after the sale service. I had to make. Policy change and they did not call me back so I called Allstate directly to make the change. I had questions why the changes were so drastic of a cost but couldn’t get a hold of anyone- text, email, or phone. Cancelled and went elsewhere. Still trying to cancel a second policy and get get the team or even customer service at the Homeowners Company."
