"I have been with Charter Oak for almost a decade. I left big banks for a credit union to receive better customer service and less nickel and dime fees. Recently, Charter Oak has pushed me away. I love to travel and use my bank Visa. The foreign transaction fees are horrible. Pair this with the fact that they don't have 24 hour customer service means that traveling is difficult. Today I closed three of my four accounts with them and opened an account at a local bank with no fees and 24 hour service."

"Great place to get money from an ATM at 2 in the morning. Can't help but hope I don't get mugged, though, because their ATM is right near the corner of the building, and some nights the entire alleyway isn't lit, so it just gives off dangerous vibes. Good food tho."
