"We go here often always using the drive thru. My 12 year old son likes to go after Xtra hours from school. The staff is always so nice and the orders are correct and prepared timely. My sons favorites are the mini stuffed everything bagels. The fruit refreshers/ drink. And the classic chocolate frosted donut with sprinkles."

"Waited in line for 30 minutes. They gave me someone else's drink and slapped my order name on it, they just had all the stickers hanging off the edge and picked mine and out it on a random drink and they gave me a bacon egg and cheese and they forgot the bacon (the bacon is the whole reason it costs more. They also burnt the bagel and its black on all the edges. There is also black stuff INSIDE the egg??? The guy working the mic is very rude and doesn't actually look to see if there is a new customer in line, instead he repeatedly says "welcome to dunkin" and got more irritated every time he said it, even though he had already gotten my order as if it was MY fault they were so slow. When I pulled up he proceeded to try and give me 2 other orders even though I gave him my name and order number. This location is an absolute joke and I literally got scammed out of my money. Nothing on my order was right, go somewhere else, and don't waste your time and money at this location."

"Don't waste your time here. Nobody knows what they are doing. Placed an order inside and the counter and had to repeat myself multiple times. Nobody else was in so there were no distractions. Ordered 2 donuts, 1 was wrong. Also ordered a sandwich. And they just forgot to make it. Dunkin is low tier quality on their food but I had a gift card. Donuts were stale. The sandwich was rubbery. They don't serve coffee, they serve coffee flavored milk and sugar."

"The worst Dunkin in the area. I have two small kids so the drive thru is the ONLY and I mean ONLY reason I come. And it’s horrible. Slow no matter what time you come. Order is always wrong. Currently been in line for 15 minutes and still haven’t budged. I’m done after this. I’ll spend the few extra dollars down the road at starbucks"
