"My card was locked after charges were posted with there over draft protections after not using it for a couple months they shut down my card ok whatever I go get a new card and am told if I call after 6 I will then have access to my card but apparently my social has mysteriously changed from my last bank card to this one! Place is a joke!"

"Do not recommend trying to get a car loan from this credit union. They do not pre approve you so you have to find a car and get the VIN in order for them to run it. Then they take several days to process it. They didn’t even call me I had to call them after 3 days to find out. If you are declined they don’t give you a reason in person or over the phone they send you a letter in the mail. Not sure why anywhere else can do this all in the same day. They definitely waste a lot of your time. My daughter’s Credit Union was able to pre-approve without a VIN and I was able to get my loan with in a day. Terrible customer service."

I was greeted by the bank manager who wanted to simply introduce herself and welcome me to their institution. The interest rates on their accounts is some of the best I've seen, and their app is incredibly user friendly. I'm definitely pleased with my experience so far and looking forward to using them for my primary banking institution."
